Only to recycle them responsibly! Seriously, no we don't have a policy, but we are on a Football pitch so we don't want any broken glass lying around. We run our own reasonably priced and well stocked bar on site and of course would encourage you to buy your alcohol there . |

Concessions are available for anyone who is over the age of 65 or who is registered as disabled. Proof will be required on site when you collect your ticket. |

We have a list of regular stewards who
come every year, however if you would like to
apply to Steward we expect 10 hours work over
the weekend in return for free weekend
admission and free camping on site. Duties
include vehicle management, car park duties,
bar work, checking wristbands, litter picking,
etc. |

Yes, we’re still dog friendly. Your dog will be registered when you arrive and given a tag to wear with your name and mobile phone number on it. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Poop bags are available from the Box Office and Control tents and you asked to keep your dog under control and clean up after it. |

Marquee 1 is fully seated, Marquee 2 has some seating around the edge and Marquee 3 has none. You are welcome to bring your own fold up chairs into Marquees 2 & 3 [but not Marquee 1] though please try not to obscure other people’s view. |

The first concert on Friday evening starts at 7.00pm in Marquee 1. |

Performers can sign up in the Beer Tent at 12 noon on the Saturday. There is a 10-15 minute slot for the Club Tent Best performer on Sunday evening opening the Main concert in Marquee 1. |

We have disabled parking spaces available on the festival site. To reserve a disabled parking space, after booking your festival ticket, please call 07500 527334 to reserve a parking space on site. You will need to bring your blue badge with you when coming to the festival site. Please note that the performance arena at the festival is a reasonably flat grassed football pitch. |

The festival opens officially at 6pm on the Friday evening and closes at 10.45 on the Sunday. There are a number of concerts taking place over the festival weekend. Approximate start & finish times for the main concerts are set out below. Concert venues open aproximately 15-30 minutes before each concert. Please note that the shuttle bus operating between the festival site and Ely over the weekend will run until just after the finish of the last concert on each day. Friday evening concert starts 7pm and finishes at midnight

Flash photography is not allowed, except by staff and press. Permitted photography must be taken in such a way as to avoid any disruption or distraction for patrons or performers. |

The festival site is a 5 minute car drive and a 20 minute
walk from Ely town centre. A free shuttle bus will run approx. every 15 minutes
from Market Street in the town centre to the festival site.

The festival shuttle bus will pick up at Ely Railway Station
between 2pm – 8pm on Friday. If you need to be collected from the station
outside of these times please contact us before the festival and we will
accommodate your request if possible |

The festival site is open from 1pm on Friday for campers arriving and setting up. The Beer tent and Trade stalls will all be open by 6pm on Friday when the festival officially starts. |

Unfortunately we can't allow cars on the campsite, due to Fire Regulations and limited camping space. We allow cars on the campsite to unload and then we ask for them to be moved. Parking for campers is however within the main festival site and is not open to the public. |
